| Any information provided by the customer to SGM will be stored in a manner approved by Data Protection legislation. We enforce strict internal security procedures to ensure compliance and to prevent unauthorised access. SGM only collect credit card information that is necessary to fulfill customer orders. We will not disclose customers personal, secret or confidential information to any third party without prior written consent, unless asked to do so by law. |

Cookies help us to track customer orders and to ensure that the customer shopping cart on the site belongs to the customer. | Website Descriptions & Prices |
| All descriptions and illustrations in the website are a representation of products and brands. The actual products may differ from the images and as such, the images shall not form part of the contract. All information and prices are correct to the best of our knowledge at the present time. We reserve the right to amend the information or prices relating to the products on the website without prior notice. All prices include VAT at 17.5% unless a breakdown is shown. These prices are subject to change if the VAT rate changes. |

| Payment |
| Full payment is required at the time of purchase. No contract is entered into until the order is complete and payment has been received. If a customer wishes to pay offline please complete an order and select offline payment. The order will be stored and a reference provided. Please use this reference for all correspondence with SGM. |

| Product Availability |
| Whilst we endeavour to keep the website up-to-date, if a product is ordered that is unavailable the purchaser will be contacted and a full refund given only via the method it was received within 28 days from date of purchase. |

| Right to Refuse Service |
| SGM reserve the right to cancel a contract, for any reason, before goods have been sent. A full refund will subsequently be issued. |

| Carriage |
Individual prices show the total cost including VAT and carriage. The breakdown can be viewed in the cart and also on invoices and receipts. SGM charges carriage based on the most expensive item to deliver, all other items purchased at the same time will be free of carriage charges.
All carriage charges do not guarantee timed delivery. Goods sent by carriers are usually received on the day after the goods are dispatched. Goods sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service should be received with 2 working days after date of dispatch. Customers may specify AM delivery, or Saturday AM services, but these will be subject to supplementary charges. SGM accepts no responsibility for goods that are delayed, including non-delivery through customers not being present at time of delivery. Each customer must ensure that they make provision to accept ordered goods. |

| Non-Mainland UK Orders |
| We regret that SGM is currently unable to provide carriage charges for non-Mainland UK orders. If a customer specifies a non-Mainland UK address the system will save any submitted details and provide a reference number for in order to contact us and to arrange a total cost in UK Sterling. The order will then be processed offline. SGM will accept overseas payments by bank transfer or bank draft. |

| Complaints and suggestions |
| Please use the \'contact us\' form to send any suggestions or complaints regarding the SGM web site. We welcome any comments and strive to maintain an up-to-date web site. If there are any products you wish to purchase that are not available on the site, let us know. If we receive enough demand for a particular product, we may add this to the site. |

| Returns Policy |
|
No returns will be accepted unless authorised by SGM. Please contact us by using the \'contact us\' form or write to us at; SGM Racepaint Limited, Wildmere Industrial Estate, Banbury, Oxon, OX16 3JU.
In the event of an item being posted incorrectly through the fault of SGM, a full refund will be given in the manner it was received. This is subject to the goods being returned in the same condition that they left, including original packaging and paperwork. A full refund will be issued no later than 28 days from date of original order. SGM will arrange for collection of the goods. Goods can be sent back by the customer, but SGM accepts no responsibility for damages incurred during transit (this excludes goods collected by SGM).
In the event of an item being ordered through customer error, a partial refund will be given in the same manner received, minus a handling charge of 5% of the total cost of the order. This is on the condition that SGM has given prior authorisation and that the goods arrive in the same condition as they left, including original packaging and paperwork. A partial refund will be issued no later than 28 days from date of original order. SGM can collect goods but this will incur a collection charge. |

| Cooling of Period |
| Every customer has the right to cancel their order and return goods within 28 days of the original order. A full refund will be issued less a 5% handling charge, within 28 days of receipt of the goods. This is subject to the goods arriving in the same condition they left, including original pacakaging. The purchaser assumes responsibility for sending the goods back to SGM. SGM can collect goods but this will incur a collection charge. |

| Jurisdiction |
| All aspects of contracts between the customer and SGM shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law. In the event of any dispute the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. |
