Navigating the site

You can navigate the site using the menu on the left hand side of the site. The current page will always have a yellow dot at the end of the page name. Clickable links within the content are maroon in colour differentiating between the black text of the site.

Shopping

You can shop on the site in two ways, if you know what you're looking for or a product number you can use the search box at the top of the page. Enter your search term and click the green arrow, possible matches will then be displayed on the page. Alternatively click the Merchandise button on the menu or homepage and browse the categories. Click on a title or image for the category and products within that category will be shown.

Ordering

Once you have found your product click the add to basket link which is a maroon colour at the bottom of the product description. This then takes you to your shopping cart, you can then either click the continue shopping to jump back to where you were or click checkout to proceed to payment.

On the checkout page we collect all the information necessary to fulfil the order, please ensure it's accurately filled out. If you placed an order in the past you can you do not have to enter you're details again, if you have forgotton your password just enter your e-mail address and it will e-mailed to the address you gave.

Once you have placed you're order you can log in at anytime to the members area on the left hand side of the screen at the bottom to check the progress of your order. Please enure that if you contact us you give an order reference so we can easily and quickly call up your order.
